Refund & Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used, chewed, or damaged pet toys are not eligible for return or refund.

Defective Products

Refunds or exchanges are considered only in the case of an original manufacturing defect. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by chewing, misuse, or abusive play are not considered defects.

If a product is determined to be defective:

  • A refund will be issued in the form of store credit (gift card) only

  • No cash or original payment refunds will be provided

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

How to Request a Review

To report a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@walleytoys.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

All defect claims are reviewed case-by-case.
