  • Ingestion of toy parts may cause injury, choking, or illness

  • All toys must be used under owner supervision

  • Use is at the owner’s sole risk

  • Walley Toys is not responsible for injury, illness, intoxication, or damage caused by misuse, ingestion, or abusive play

  • We do not guarantee durability or lifespan of any toy

Walley Toys shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
