Walley Toys products are made using certified, non-toxic materials. However:

  • No pet toy is indestructible

  • Toys may break, tear, or be swallowed

  • Ingestion of toy parts may cause injury, choking, or illness

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that:

  • All toys must be used under owner supervision

  • Use is at the owner’s sole risk

  • Walley Toys is not responsible for injury, illness, intoxication, or damage caused by misuse, ingestion, or abusive play

  • We do not guarantee durability or lifespan of any toy

Limitation of Liability

Walley Toys shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate information but do not guarantee that all product descriptions or content are error-free.
